Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, unauthorized payments confirmed after investigation, or major technical failures caused directly by our platform that prevent meaningful service access.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with your account email, payment reference, invoice details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Partially used subscription periods.
  • Consumed AI credits, tokens, usage allowances, or API calls.
  • Custom setup, onboarding, development, or integration work.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
  • Services already delivered, activated, or substantially used.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or approved by Front Stable AI.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be temporarily restricted while the payment dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment method used.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we detect suspicious usage, policy violations, excessive consumption, fraudulent behavior, unauthorized resale, or attempts to exploit the platform.
